1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may take up to 5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed, followed by a second email once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier handling your shipment.
Estimated delivery windows:

These timeframes are approximate and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or operational conditions outside our control.
Once MIROSHNIKOV signs a shipping contract with the logistics provider, final delivery estimates will be updated accordingly.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping option.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, customers may be responsible for reshipping fees.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
We work exclusively with trusted carriers. However:

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but not received, please contact the carrier directly.

For damaged shipments, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the package and the product.
We will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.

If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise specified.
